I never cease to marvel at the potential of small things. My attention is drawn to what is often overlooked and discarded, the almost invisible. Such as seeds of endangered species, but also seeds of so-called weeds. Seeds and plants have become a main concern in my work, as visual artist, writer and kitchen garden activist. Both with regard to their intrinsic value and in a preparedness perspective. The importance of seeds is fundamental and existential.
